How to Join

If you are an exceptional individual that wishes to join, and have a lot of play time, at least level 85, have the requested aa's for your class (see below),
MMM, and Crystallos keyed or working on it, also MUST BE Void "E" BEFORE YOU APPLY!
Send us an email including the following:

(NOTE: PLEASE FILL OUT THE ENTIRE APP IN PROPER FORM, DO NOT SKIP ANY QUESTIONS, BE THOROUGH AND THOUGHTFUL IN YOUR ANSWERS.
The better quality we see in your answers the more seriously we are going to take your application.)

  • 11. What's your goal in EQ? What things you seek from Cats in Hats? High end game advantures? Loots? Or is it something else?

PS. Needless to say since Drinal has pretty much been tapped for particularly high quality raiders, cross server applicants are highly encouraged. Do expect to be held to a higher standard as a xserver app though. We're looking for players with a high level of commitment to their character and progression!

Bard: Number wanted: 4
  1. Level: 85; 800+AAs
  2. Gear: Epic 2.0. Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  3. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.
  4. Utility: Shrink Device/Epic 2.0 = Bonus, Must have map to all zones.
  5. Additional: Consistent playtime = biggest desire.

Beastlord: Number wanted: 6
  1. Level: 85; 500+AAs.
  2. Required AA : MGB and Perfection of Spirit AAs.
  3. Gear: Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  4. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.
  5. Utility: Epic 2.0 = Bonus, Must have map to all zones.

Berserker: Number wanted: 3
  1. Level: 85; 400+AAs
  2. Required AA: all Defensive/Offensive/HP AA done.

  4. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.
  5. Utility: Epic 2.0 = Bonus, Must have map to all zones. Recommended: All AAs/Discs related to Warcry.

Cleric: Number wanted: 6
  1. Level: lvl 85; 600+ AAs
  2. Required AA: Planar Power, Innate Enlightenment, AHA, AHG, DArb, ND, RC6, Cele Regen, SCRM, SCS, Rez
  3. Recommended AA: BDA, Chan Focus, CA, Cel Renewal, Purify Soul, LR, PC, QC, Sanc, Cel Rej, HAM, HGM, EM, MA, MR
  4. Required Spells: PB , RGC , DI
  5. Gear: Required Focus: ER - Recommended Focuses: Quickening , Mana Pres. Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  6. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable
  7. Utility: Shrink/Invisible Device/Epic 1(or rez AA), Must have map to all zones. Epic 2.0 (or completed 1.5 missing only Orb).
  8. Reference: ;tell Drinal.Gorantir OR ;tell Drinal.Ejryuu
  9. Best Healing Parse: It's a tie between Gorantir and Rosemead. They can heal the whole server whether you are in the zone or not. They just need Prescience and a bottle of vodka.
Druid: Number wanted: 6
  1. Level: 85; 500+ AAs
  2. Required AAs: All Casting boosts (Healing, offensive) , Exodus, Curing AA, Defensives, and Activated Ability AAs.
  3. Required Spells: Pure Blood, RGC, Sylvan Infusion
  4. Required Specialization: Alteration (being the primary is a plus) and Evocation.
  5. Gear: Recommended Focus: Mana Preservation, Spell Haste, Improved Healing, Improved Damage. Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  6. Time: Able to maintain at least 60% attendance, higher preferable.
  7. Utility:Utility: Ability to Shrink and Invis vs. Undead (by Device or Potions), Must have maps to all zones
  8. Reference: ;tell Drinal.Ejryuu
  9. Best Druid Parse: Ilya and Djyn!!! Embarrassing isn't it?
Enchanter: Number wanted: 5
  1. Level: 85; 800+ AAs
  2. Required Knowledge: Be a team player within the enchanter channel and guild as a whole.
  3. Required Equipment: Must have respectable distribution of the basic foci needed.
  4. Recommended Equipment: Click resist buffs, click mana regen item, click mana pool increasing item.
  5. Gear: Decent gear. Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  6. Time: Able to maintain at least 50% attendance, higher preferable.
  7. Utility: Epic 2.0 = Bonus. Must have maps to all zones
  8. Reference: ;tell Drinal.Ejryuu
Magician: Number wanted: 5
  1. Level: 85; 500+ AAs
  2. Required AAs: All Offensive Casting AAs, Defensives, /Pet Hold, and Activated Ability AAs.
  3. Gear: Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  4. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.
  5. Utility: Epic 2.0 = Bonus, Must have map to all zones, Pet Focus Recommended!

  7. Best Magician Parse: Quseio at a lot of k-dps, but only because Googleybear is out to lunch.
Monk: Number wanted: 3
  1. Level: 85; 750+ AAs
  2. REQUIRED AA: All Defensive/Offensive/HP AA, Kick Mastery and Punch Mastery, Hastened Mend and Weapon Affinity, Stun resist, Strikethrough, Run 8, PB, PB Haste, ID, ID Haste, Crit Mend Max, and Stat/Attack cap increasers
  3. Gear: Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  4. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.
  5. Utility: Epic 2.0 = Bonus, Summon Ranged Item 150+ range, Fist of Wu, Master's Aura, Heel of Kanji, Clawstriker's Flurry, Fero/Cleave 4 or better, 45% WORN Haste. Must have map to all zones.
  6. Reference: ;tell Drinal.Anicra / ;tell Drinal.Ejryuu
  7. Best Monk Parse: Anicra at "To be continued" dps. A parse so high it's been deemed classified.
Necromancer: Number wanted: 5
  1. Level: 85; 600+ AAs
  2. Gear: Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  3. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.
  4. Utility: Epic 2.0 = Bonus, Must have map to all zones.

  6. Best Necromancer Parse: Amorcen at 6kdps, his dps drops only when someone dies face down.
Paladin: Number wanted: 3
  1. Level: 85; 900+ AAs
  2. Required AA: All HP/Agi/stability/Offensive/Defensive AA done, Critical LoH
  3. Gear: Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  4. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.
  5. Utility: Epic 2.0 = Bonus, Must have map to all zones
  6. Reference: ;tell Drinal.Xendu or ;tell Drinal.Ejryuu
  7. Best Paladin Parse: Lunaro at 0kdps, he's number one because Xendu has logged off.
Ranger: Number wanted: 1
  1. Level: 85; 600+ AAs

  3. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.

Rogue: Number wanted: 4

  3. Gear: Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  4. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.
  5. Utility: Epic 2.0 = Bonus, Must have map to all zones

  7. Best Rogue Parse: Neuaelan at 8.3kdps and then he dies.
Shadow Knight: Number wanted: 4
  1. Level: 85; 800+ AAs

  3. Gear: Gear should reflect a player's dedication to their character. (Aprox SoD tier3 group gear expected.)
  4. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance.

  5. Time: Able to maintain at least 40% attendance, higher preferable.
  6. Utility: Epic 2.0 = Bonus, Must have map to all zones

  8. Best Shaman Parse: Crokker but only because he eats himself.
Warrior: Number wanted: 3
